MG Car Club 2010 Concours

St Valentine's Day (14th Feb for anyone who's not sure about the date) saw Birrarung Marr come alive to the sound of 170 MG's of all shapes and sizes taking part in the 2010 club Concours.

The weather dampened the day early, but for those who braved the early morning rain they were rewarded as conditions by the Yarra improved and a fine afternoon ensued.

The 2010 winner was announced after a long and detailed judging process with the deserving winner being Robin Page who entered his magnificently restored pre-war MG VA "Tickford drophead coupe (picutred here). Robin and wife Jenny have been long-time entrants of the Cars of the World events - we hope to see this 'Concours winner' at the 2010 Cars of the World Concours d'Elegance.

2010 event date revision

We advise that the proposed date for the 2010 Cars of the World Concours d'Elegance (Sunday 21 November)has been revised due to clashes with other major motoring events.

The new date for the Concours d'Elegance is Sunday 5th December 2010.

We will announce the confirmed final date shortly (before end of February.
